1. Platform Role
Quantum Jobs is a listing and discovery platform only. When candidates click 'Apply Now', they are redirected to the employer's own careers page. Quantum Jobs does not process job applications, manage candidate pipelines, or handle hiring workflows.
2. Disclaimer of Responsibility
Quantum Jobs is not responsible for: the accuracy, completeness, or legality of job listings posted by employers; the hiring process, decisions, or outcomes after a candidate is redirected; the quality, safety, or legitimacy of employment offered by any employer; or any disputes between candidates and employers arising from the use of Quantum Jobs.
3. Employer Obligations
Employers are solely responsible for: the accuracy of their job listings and company profiles; compliance with applicable labour laws, equal opportunity regulations, and anti-discrimination laws; the security and privacy of candidate data collected through their own application systems; and ensuring that posted roles meet Quantum Jobs' definition of a Quantum Role.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to: post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; use the platform for purposes unrelated to quantum or deep-tech talent; attempt to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data from the platform; or circumvent platform security or access controls. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal without prior notice.
5. Content Ownership
Employers retain ownership of their job listings and company profiles. By posting on Quantum Jobs, employers grant Quantum Jobs a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute their content on the platform. Candidates retain ownership of their resumes and profile data.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quantum Jobs is operated. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts therein.
7. Changes to These Terms
Quantum Jobs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
